You can edit your registration via the link in the registration confirmation email. Check the box for a friend photo if you want one to be taken, and save the changes. Please make a change before the shooting date. It is a good idea to write wishes about your friends and siblings on the form as well, if possible. There is no need to give a separate permission to shoot photos of friends and siblings, as their permission to shoot is generally included in the shooting permission given in the registration.

You have received an email confirmation of registration. In the message you will find a link where you can edit the registration information. Also remember to save the edited data. Changes must be made before the shooting date.

You can also register for the shoot afterwards, as registration will remain open after the rest of the day’s shooting. Registration must therefore be made as soon as possible with the photo code, which can be found on the registration form received from the photographer after the photoshoot.

The registration data and photos are combined according to the photo code in our production afterwards.

Publication notification will be sent simultaneously to all those in the same photo shoot by e-mail. Have you remembered to fill in your email address correctly when registering? Sometimes messages are blocked by a spam filter, and the message can be found in your spam folder. The message folder may also be full. If the message is not found, please contact our customer service.

The security key is the password you will receive from now on in the release notice to your email. This is an extra protection for your photos. You can view the images directly via the link provided in the publication announcement, or with the photo code and security key provided by us. If you have forgotten your security key, or have never received it, you can order it in the email provided for the photo code by entering the description code on our website.

For example, a photographer may have taken pictures with another photo code if your registration information was not found during the photoshooting. If you have not received a link in your email to see all the photos, please contact our customer service.
